iPhone iSight Camera Replacement Program

iPhone 6 Plus iSight camera

Apple has determined that, in a small percentage of iPhone 6 Plus devices, the iSight camera has a component that may fail causing your photos to look blurry. The affected units fall into a limited serial number range and were sold primarily between September 2014 and January 2015.

If your iPhone 6 Plus is producing blurry photos and falls into the eligible serial number range, Apple will replace your device’s iSight camera, free of charge.

If your iPhone 6 Plus is in working order and exhibits the symptom described above, use the serial number checker below to see if it is eligible for this program. This program only applies to iPhone 6 Plus.

NBC News: Intel Sources Report Terror Wave Has Just Begun

According to intelligence sources at NBC News, this morning’s terror attacks in Brussels may be a sign of more to come.

Shortly after the bombings on March 22, 2016 in Belguim, ISIS claimed responsibility for the attacks.

The attacks this morning come fresh after coordinated attacks in Paris, France that rattled that Country to the core in November/2015.  Now, a senior U.S. counterterrorism official says Brussels was “likely just the beginning” of an ISIS terror wave.

American intelligence operatives overheard chatter within the last month that an attack was imminent somewhere in Europe, but didn’t know exactly when or where they would take place.

Now, the U.S. has beefed up security at airports and other notable places citing intelligence sources believe jihadists could strike 10 cites in Europe, North America and Asia at once, paralyzing international travel.

While all of this seems like madness, we need to be clear about one thing.  This is not Islam.  We are dealing with factions of radical murderous thugs who claim to be acting under the guise of religion to justify their martyrdom and sacrifice of innocent people.

Brussels – Terrorist Attack or False Flag?

This morning, the United States and the rest of the Western World woke up to the tragic report that approximately 34 people had died in two attacks in Brussels 1) airport and 2) metro rail line. This is yet another day in a world filled with joy and wonder, incredible scientific advancements, but also blood and carnage.

Was this an inside job – a false flag?  Was this Islamic Terrorism?

The contemporary term false flag, as defined by Google, describes covert operations that are designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.

The term terrorism is defined by Google as the use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims.

The difficulty is the distortion in the public mind by the media and by the lack of focus by the general public.   The public is swayed to believe that Islam, on its face, is a violent religion and promotes a culture that degrades all humanity other than Muslims.   The public is also shielded from forces (globalists, elitists, governments, etc) from activities that are put in place to control the minds and actions of the general populous.

According to Google, the common theme in conspiracy theories about a New World Order is that a secretive power elite with a globalist agenda is conspiring to eventually rule the world through an authoritarian world government.

More and more people are starting to believe this is less a conspiracy theory and looking more like a fact.  The reality is this is becoming more and more frequent across the globe. Sad.

Is ISIS, who claimed responsibility in today’s attacks, truly an emerging Muslim Caliphate attempting to take over the world?   Is this a false flag to control the hearts and minds of the general public and the world?

Either of these terrifies me and shakes me to the core.  It is time for people to wake up and get informed.

5 Steps to Lose Belly Fat – Guaranteed

The one area of the body that troubles many Americans is the fat accumulation around the belly.  This is especially true for men based on genetic make up.  The reality is that it is not that difficult to lose belly fat as long as you apply the following 5 cardinal rules.

  1. WATER
    1. H2O is essential to keeping the body clean and flushed out of toxins.  This process also increases your metabolism.  Cold water is even better since it i, s thought that the body has to burn more calories to reduce cold water temperature to normal body temperature.  Water keeps you metabolism going and prevents your body from retaining it which often leads to bloating.
  2. REDUCE ALCOHOL INTAKE
    1. Alcohol does the opposite of water – it dehydrates you.  Hence, slowing down your metabolism  and retaining more water since the body is drained of essential H2O.   Alcohol is also unnecessary extra empty calories which leads to weight gain.  Now, we are not saying “cut” rather “reduce” alcohol intake.
  3. EXERCISE
    1. There is no way around it.  You’ve got to get moving.  Sitting all day (for your job, etc) and then coming home and sitting down for dinner, sitting to watch TV and then laying to go to sleep.  If this is the case, you are only burning minimal calories throughout the day.  In fact, if you consume more calories than you burn, you are certain to gain weight that day.  Now, compound that to a week, months, years.  You the point.   Exercise can be a simple brisk 30 min walk, light weight lifting, playing basketball, doing yard work, etc.  Pick an exercise or two and stick with it.  As long as you are moving, that’s all that matters.
  4. REDUCE CALORIE INTAKE
    1. This one is also a no-brainer.  Your body’s metabolism is a thermodynamic equation. The more calories you consume, if they are not burned, it will need to be stored.  In this case, your body stores it as fat.  In men, around the tummy.  In women, around the buxom.   Consider switching out fried food for lean cuts of meat.  Consider replacing chips with fruit.  Consider replacing soda and juice with water.  Drink tea, coffee and other healthy, organic drinks.   Consult with your physician as to which foods work with your own personal needs.
  5. GO PALEO
    1. Consider eating a paleolithic diet.  It is the diet of our cave men (and cave women) ancestors.  For thousands of years, our ancestors consumed foods that were easily accessible (1) meat, (2) fruits, (3) vegetables, (4) nuts and (5) seeds.  Notice, I did not mention dairy (no milk, cheese or ice cream).  Also, no processed foods.  This forces you to eat foods that are natural and work with your body, not against it.  Consider doing some more research on this.  It was worked for me personally.  Also, consult with your physician before you begin any diet regimen.  A good place to start is here http://thepaleodiet.com/dr-loren-cordain/.
